Our service is simple. RockFarm is your regional solution to remove CO2 from the atmosphere. We build beautiful natural rock walls on the perimeter of any ground in your region. Each wall contains natural carbon removal powder that is being replaced every year. This makes CO2 removal incredibly efficient. To also make this service scalable, cheap and available to everybody, we use autonomous robots for local manufacturing.

RockFarm uses rocks and robots to fight the climate crisis. It is designed to be a regional and trusted carbon removal service.
We focus on companies with a sustainability department and a roadmap towards net zero. Our service can contribute regional carbon removal projects to that roadmap. Our walls create visiblity and trust for your sustainability strategy. In the next years, you can expect supply of CO2 certificates on a large scale, starting from 500 t per year. Our services should always be part of a more comprehensive approach, including emission reduction.
Enhanced weathering of dunite rocks is known in science for decades. It is an approved solution approach. Overall efficiency of RockFarm carbon removal walls are at the moment being tested in long time experimental setups. We are continuously improving our robot tools to scale up robot performance.
You do not have to. Your company can lease carbon removal walls that are installed next to a biogas plant in your region. Certificates obtained from that wall belong to the leaser.
Permanent carbon removal is obtained when CO2 is locked into our rock material and that rock material is locked in our walls. The material obtained from our enhanced weathering process is hydromagnesite and magnesite. Both are well known by geologists. Our walls offer long term conditions for these materials below 100°C and at controlled water access. The wall protects the material against exposure to acidic rainwater and other acids. The masonry we apply has been used to build large parts of the Great Wall of China in the desert of ghobi and large parts are still withstanding extreme weather conditions since two millenials. With our improved rock fiber materials, the walls are likely to withstand longer than these ancient walls.
Magnesite material is considered permanent also when exposed to environmental conditions. It can be used as construction material in conventional construction.
